EV Adda is DIYguru's monthly community meetup — deliberately informal, deliberately small. No keynote, no sponsor deck, no queue for the microphone.
The Teardown Table is what makes it different from every other EV event in the country: an actual component comes apart on stage while somebody who works on them explains what they are looking at. This month in Pune, that is a hub motor, stripped to the stator.

| 16:20 – 16:45 | Teardown Table. A physical component pulled apart on stage — BMS, hub motor, charger or pack module. Rotates monthly. |
| 16:45 – 17:15 | Industry guest. A 20-minute talk and 10 minutes of open Q&A. One guest only. |
| 17:15 – 17:40 | Build Showcase. A community member demos their own project. Apply in the registration form. |
| 17:40 – 18:00 | Hiring Board. Partner companies pitch open roles, two minutes each. |
| 18:00 – 19:00 | Open networking. Unstructured — this is where the actual value lands. |
Seats are capped at 60. The cap is the point: it keeps the room conversational rather than turning it into another panel discussion.
Free to attend, but registration is required — the room is capped and we close it when it fills.
