The Pune Recruitathon runs inside Bharat eMobility Week, in the same venue as the Bharat EV Championship. That gives it something no other hiring event has: recruiters who have spent two days watching candidates build, test and troubleshoot actual vehicles before the interview starts.
It is also the largest edition of the year — Pune and the wider Maharashtra auto cluster put more hiring managers in the room than anywhere else on the calendar.

| Day 1 · Afternoon | Recruiter booths open. Scheduled interviews for pre-screened, experienced and certified candidates. Technical skill-assessment stations. |
| Day 2 · Morning | Open walk-in day. Volume screening, group discussions, on-the-spot aptitude and technical tests. |
| Day 2 · Afternoon | Final interview rounds, offer-letter distribution, closing ceremony and press interaction. |
| Throughout | EV vehicle and component display zone, live diagnostics demos, and a DIYguru counselling desk for course enrolment. |
Friday skews corporate and senior-role interviews; Saturday skews student volume and fresher hiring. Come either day, or both.
Register early. Candidates are segmented and interview slots are pre-allocated two weeks out, so a late registration means walk-in day rather than a scheduled slot.
You do not need to be competing in the Championship to attend — but if you are, your interview slots are pre-allocated around your team's run times.
