Getting there
Central Delhi, off Mathura Road. Genuinely convenient by metro, which is unusual for a venue this size — take the metro rather than driving unless you're bringing equipment.
Nearest metro
Supreme Court (formerly Pragati Maidan) on the Blue Line, with a direct underground walkway into the complex. Mandi House on the Blue and Violet Lines is a 10-minute walk as an alternative.
Parking
Underground parking beneath the complex, entered from the Bhairon Marg tunnel. It fills early on major event days and the tunnel queue can add half an hour.
Where to stay
Anything in central Delhi works — Connaught Place is two metro stops, and the Khan Market and India Gate hotel cluster is a short cab ride. This is the one large Indian venue where you don't need to stay next to it.
Inside the venue
Security screening at entry is airport-grade; allow 20 minutes at peak and leave the multi-tool at home. Large bags are not permitted in the halls and the cloakroom capacity is limited.
