The EV Recruitathon is DIYguru's flagship hiring format and the reason this site exists. Companies do not send a job description and wait — they send hiring managers, set up a booth, and interview in person for two days.
The Delhi edition is the largest of the four and opens the 2026–27 cycle. Expect the NCR EV cluster in force: OEMs, component manufacturers, charge point operators, fleet operators and service networks.

| Day 2 · Morning | Open walk-in day. Volume screening, group discussions, on-the-spot aptitude and technical tests. |
| Day 2 · Afternoon | Final interview rounds, offer-letter distribution, closing ceremony and press interaction. |
| Throughout | EV vehicle and component display zone, live diagnostics demos, and a DIYguru counselling desk for course enrolment. |
Friday skews corporate and senior-role interviews; Saturday skews student volume and fresher hiring. Come either day, or both.
Register early. Candidates are segmented and interview slots are pre-allocated two weeks out, so a late registration means walk-in day rather than a scheduled slot.
