Five days, in the semester break, for the people who teach. The Faculty Development Programme exists because a trained faculty member becomes a permanent channel into their institution's curriculum committee and placement cell — which makes this, measured on cost per institutional relationship, the highest-leverage thing on our calendar.
Faculty from ITIs, polytechnics and engineering colleges. No prior EV background is assumed; a teaching background is.
Five days, residential or hybrid, AICTE-aligned. Hands-on lab time on real hardware rather than simulation alone, plus the curriculum material and assessment design to take back.
40–60 faculty from 25 or more institutions. Institutions that signed a letter of intent at the Bharat Mobility Skilling Conclave in Varanasi hold one free seat each — register here and mention it in the form.
