A month of mobile skilling camps through the districts of Bihar and eastern Uttar Pradesh — the places where EV training does not otherwise reach, and where the people who will service the country's two- and three-wheeler fleet actually live.
Run with the state skill missions (BSDM, UPSDM) and district administrations, so that the certification lands inside a system that recognises it rather than beside one.
Mobile camps, rolling over three to four weeks across June 2027. Each camp runs hands-on sessions on EV fundamentals, battery handling and safety, and basic service and diagnostics, with on-site enrolment into longer programmes for anyone who wants to continue.
